Each piece is sustainably handmade after ordering and can take up to 21 business days to made and ship.

All items are made in and shipped from The Netherlands and local customs and taxes are not included

NL - Orders are send with PostNL

The delivery time after shipment is 1 to 2 working days

Europe - Orders are send with Postnl insured and tracked

The delivery time after shipment is 3 to 10 working days depending on the country

International - Orders are shipped with Postnl insured and tracked

The delivery time after shipment is 5 to 10 working days

Unfortunately, shipping to the US is not possible at the moment due to new import duties and tariffs enforced by the US government

All orders over €120 are eligible for free shipping

What happens after you place an order?

1. Buying the yarn

Since I don't work with stock I also don't have the yarn to make your order. This way I only buy the yarn necessary for existing orders and am able to prevent access textile consumption.

2. Making your item(s)

After I get the yarn I will make your items! I handmake every item myself and a single item can take up to 12+ hours to make.

3. Packing and shipping

After I finish your order I will pack and ship it with PostNL. You will receive an E-mail with all the tracking information to follow your order! All orders are shipped insured and will need a signature upon delivery. This way in the rare event your package gets lost, it's insured and an investigation looking for the package will be held.
