shipping

Each piece is sustainably handmade after ordering and takes around 14 to 21 business days to make and ship. 

Do you want your item for a special event or date? Leave a message in the special order instructions or send me a message beforehand!

All orders placed after January 1st 2025 will be shipped insured with tracking and need a signature upon delivery.

If the package is marked as delivered by the courier but you do not have your item, we are no longer liable and you will need to contact the courier. 

All items are made in and shipped from The Netherlands and local customs and taxes are not included

NL - orders are send with PostNL which is €4.95.

the delivery time after shipment is 2 to 7 working days

Europe - orders are send with postnl insured and tracked and costs between €4,95-€15 depending on the country and size of the order

the delivery time after shipment is 3 to 15 working days depending on the country

international - orders are shipped with postnl insured and tracked and cost €23

the delivery time after shipment is 6 to 17 working days

All orders over €120 are eligible for free shipping

what happens after you place an order?

1. buying the yarn

since I don't work with stock I also don't have the yarn to make your order. This way I only buy the yarn necessary for existing orders and am able to prevent access textile consumption.

2. making your item(s)

After I get the yarn I will make your items! I handmake every item myself and a single item can take up to 12+ hours to make.

3. Packing and shipping

after I finish your order I will pack and ship it with PostNL. You will receive an E-mail with all the tracking information to follow your order! All orders are shipped insured and will need a signature upon delivery. This way in the rare event your package gets lost, it's insured and an investigation looking for the package will be held.

returns

Items can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. If you want to return an item please send a mail to Cherry_thelabel@hotmail.com.

The return price will be the same as the shipping price which differs per country

if you placed an order with free shipping there will be return costs which differs per country, check the shipping & delivery chart for the prices

shipping and return costs are for the customer and will not be refunded after a return 

Custom orders aren’t refundable and cannot be returned
