For an easy return process follow the next steps:
- print the return form below, if you can’t print the form you can also write it down
- Fill out the form
- Place the form inside the return package
- Create a shipping label, using a postal company of your choice, to the following address:

- Place the shipping label on the package and bring to your nearest postal office!
When the package gets delivered an automatic refund will be processed and the eligible refund amount will be paid back through your original payment method
An order is eligible for return within 14 days after delivery
Return costs are for the custom and the customer is responsible for creating a shipping label and the package
The original shipping costs will not be refunded
Custom orders are not eligible for returns and refunds
Custom orders include:
- the changing of measurements of an item
- the changing of colors of an item
- Any other adjustments made to the original item
